Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to administer radiopharmaceuticals and conduct imaging procedures for diagnosing diseases. The ideal candidate will be experienced in nuclear medicine and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients to prepare for imaging procedures
  • Perform imaging procedures using specialized equipment to diagnose medical conditions
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process
  • Monitor radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure
  • Collaborate with physicians to interpret imaging results
  • Maintain and operate nuclear medicine equipment
  • Record and document patient data and imaging results

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technology program
  • State licensure and certification in nuclear medicine (specific to location)
  • Experience with radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear imaging equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
